    The entitled child of a manager at this restaurant that uses the threat of calling the police because you (me) can't tell him they messed up should not be in the position of a manager. He calls the police on you of THEY mess up your order and then you return to the restaurant & ask them to fix it. Then he proceeds to lie to the police ( then I had to start recording him on my phone because of his lies). This child cannot handle stress, is a liar and an entitled incompetent so called man. People were asking for refunds while I was waiting because he was too busy yelling in the back and customers had been waiting up to 45 minutes for their order. Fortunate for me... I will absolutely NEVER return to that place. This was on 12/18/25 in the evening. If I could file a lawsuit against this person and restaurant I would. I am seeking legal counsel.

    Order a crunchwrap and specifically asked for no source cream and first bite i get a blob of that crap. It said it on the screen at drive through. Whoever makes the food needs to read what is on screen as they make it. It wasnt busy either.

    Made order wrong went back to get it fixed still wrong I understand when you have a rush that you make mistakes but when you literally have no one there and not only get the order wrong once but twice something is wrong with the management not doing there job right with the crew
