We need more people with a kind heart like him around. I hope management sees this and acknowledges they’re good employee

The did there best but perhaps additional staff might have helped. The owners of this franchise should take a look at the many cameras and see people walking out due to the extensive wait time. Just my 2 cents. I think that was the longest I have ever spent in a Subway and I took my order to go.

After 30 minutes of watching people walk in and out of subway I go in for my order. The young lady lady says are you here for the online order, I reply yes. She said well I have not got started. I said well I guess there is no point in ordering ahead through the app. The subway employee says well there are people in front of you, you aren't the only one. Excuse me? I watched people come in 15 or so minutes after my order was placed. Then she says the toaster is out of service. It would have been nice to know that when I placed my order well over 40 minutes ago. Never again. She had to call her manager because she didn't know how to give a refund. The young lady being disrespectful was the worse part. Nobody wants to deal with that. The customers waiting in line walked out.
