Bought the HEB brand Turkey and got ripped off. No giblets was inside the turkey just the neck, and you can’t check beforehand because the turkey is frozen. We use this to make the gravy. Never buy the HEB brand turkey you’ll get ripped off like I did!!!

My wife and I have been shopping here for 30 years. Our trip today was the most desirable and rememberable. I can't believe the week of Thanksgiving the store has been totally moved. Signs don't match the items on the isles. The workers are even confused. The person who made this decision should be out of his office and on the floor helping the customers.

They’ve done some remodeling and all the aisle signs are not set up yet, but it’s not so bad. It’s always a great place to Shop.

The store is a complete mess and nobody knows where anything is I understand that the holidays are coming up but change the damn signage so we can get in and out faster the lines are also way to long when you only have 5 registers open. I also understand that it's more of a corporate issue trying to make the store promote more I took my cart out everything up and just left I'll be shopping at either Walmart or an heb somewhere else this holiday
