  I’ve been a regular Wingstop customer for years and always order 8 wings. I’ve been to many locations across Texas and never had this problem. This location refused to sell me what I wanted and tried to force a different order. Completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this.

  Ordered late around 11pm, food arrived raw. Called up to the restaurant but no answer. Spoke with a female manager the following morning who refunded my order. That was on February 26th and it's March 10th, still have not received my refund. My total was over $50. Completely dissatisfied with this service and the raw chicken. Will never order here again.

  I recently moved to Texas and this was my first time trying to order from this Wingstop location. At the beginning of the call, I clearly informed the employee that I am new and that I follow halal dietary requirements, so I needed to confirm whether the chicken is halal before placing an order. The first two times I asked, his voice was breaking up and I couldn’t understand his response. When I asked a third time, he paused and then very quietly said “no.” The hesitation and unclear communication made me question whether I was receiving accurate information. What makes this more concerning is that I checked the reviews for this location afterward and noticed many customers mentioning poor customer service. While I see that management responds to reviews, I’m not sure whether meaningful action is actually being taken. I have already confirmed with other Wingstop locations — including one in Allen and another on Custer Road in Plano — that they serve halal chicken. This location is the closest to me, so I was really hoping for clear and professional communication. As a first-time customer, trust matters. Based on this experience and the reviews I’ve read, I’m honestly unsure whether I will order from this location in the future. If this kind of response continues, I would hesitate to recommend this location to others. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and ensures better communication and service moving forward.
