True Texas BBQ is slow smoked in-house for fourteen hours over natural hardwood, and it's darn delicious. So much so, it was named Best BBQ Chain in Texas as recognized by Texas Monthly. The restaurant should not have accepted the order if they were out of food.!!!! Where is my $97? DoorDash is not issuing a refund, and the restaurant is also refusing to take responsibility.
