  1937 Preston Rd Unit 1004, Plano, TX 75093 Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited this location for the first time today at the request of one of my followers, and I am beyond disappointed. After placing my order, the employee dropped the bag containing my bowl directly onto the floor. Instead of immediately apologizing and preparing a fresh meal, both workers seemed to find the situation funny and actually laughed about it. To my disbelief, she simply picked the bag up off the floor and brought it over to my table as if nothing had happened. It wasn't until a minute later that she finally asked if I wanted a new bowl made. I cannot wrap my head around the lack of professionalism or hygiene here. The fact that the staff felt it was okay to serve food that had been dropped on the ground is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning. Also after you drop someone's food on the floor at least get off your phone and say have a nice day! So sir this place is a zero for me. Thank you for reaching out.

  This is my fav location! And they are so awesome. I was super late picking up my order and they made it fresh without me even asking 😭. 10 stars

  I order through the app at 11:42. I didn’t not get my turkey and cheddar wrap till 12:15. I understand that it is lunchtime and it will be busy. But I look at my order ready and still not receive it because the owner or Manager said it was not mine. I knew for a fact that it was, and he proceeded to take another customer. It wasn’t until one of the workers said that it was mine, and he proceeded to give it to me. I told him that it was mine, and he had the worst attitude. It’s terrible when I knew I ordered ahead of time and still got it late. Spent half of my lunch waiting when I ordered ahead

  Ordered online pick up.They have a box for online orders so I'm standing there waiting for my order to be placed in the box but they were holding it behind the counter.Of course nobody will ask if they can help you. I finally asked about my order. Customer Service sucks and the smoothies are not good. 1st and last time!

  Been coming here for a couple years fairly regularly. Usually pretty consistent. A bit pricey but good smoothies. Took family here this afternoon while out running errands and ordered what we always order pretty consistently. When we got our smoothies, they didn’t taste how they normally do. 4 members of our family ordered the same smoothie… all of us agreed that it didn’t taste right. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they insisted it was what we ordered and went so far as to pick up a sign with the description and hold it in my face as if to “prove” the order was corrrect. Then the workers consulted and confirmed with each other that what they made was what we’ve been ordering for the past 2 years. So either they are correct and all 4 members of my family lost our sense of taste today, or the service at this place today just sucked. For the price, offer to get it right or make something else. Don’t stand there with a smug look on your face insisting you’re right. If considering trying this place: Plenty of other nearby options that treat their customers better.
