  On a good experience, they had one kid working there who seemed to barely know what he was doing. I had to restate my order twice. Still got home with cold sandwiches even though I saw him put them in the heater. Had to heat them up ourselves when we got home

  It If I could give it 0 stars , I would . Showed up 45 min before closing , the store was open , but no one was working .

  This is one of the closer Subway locations near my home, but unfortunately the service and getting online orders correct has been inconsistent for the past several months. I rather prefer they make the sandwiches in front of me, but their online app is usually where the deals are offered. This leads to employee error in making the sandwich with the correct ingredients/sauces selected on the app and they “skimp out” of having enough ingredients into the sandwiches. Also, they seem to never have cookies ready to be purchased and are always out (typically around 6 or 7 PM, when store closes at 10). This points to lazy employees and/or management. I was going to purchase a $5 ft long chocolate chip cookie instead, but passed since the employee didn’t seem to want to be there and I didn’t want to inconvenience her. After reading the reviews and hearing about the roaches, it’ll be hard for me to return to this location.
