  They are simply robbing. Adding less cheese and protein. They said they add 1.5 slice of cheese on 6 inch and 3 slices on footlong.

  I visited Subway today (Monday) around 4:00 PM, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. From the moment we walked in, the gentleman who assisted us was extremely rude. He had zero willingness to help, spoke to us very loudly and harshly, and clearly seemed annoyed. His tone was unnecessarily aggressive, especially considering we were the only customers there and the restaurant was completely empty. When it was time to pay, I asked to make my order a combo with a drink and cookies. He told me they don’t sell combos at this location and looked at me as if he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they don’t have any combos there, but that I could buy the cookie and the soda separately. Meanwhile, there was a large sign directly behind him that said “Make it a combo for 4.49.” When I pointed it out, he responded that it wasn’t a combo, just the cookie and the soda, which was very confusing. I chose not to argue and just paid, but the whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m not sure if he was fully comfortable with English because his pronunciation was difficult to understand, but regardless, his attitude and tone were unacceptable. This is a nice area where we’re not used to receiving this kind of service. It was Monday at 4 PM, clearly not a busy time, so there was no reason for such poor customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We definitely will not be returning to this location.

  This location in Plano does a great job at keeping it fresh. Always happy with my subs. It is a hit or miss on other ones in the area.
