  Every single time I come here and order on the app they get some part of my order wrong. Terribly managed…the rudest staff and waiting 30 minutes for 3 drinks to then have to wait longer because they messed a simple order up is diabolical

  The carhop refused to add a large water to our order prior to bringing out the change from a one hundred dollar bill. She made us press the button all over again and then forgot to bring the water out. As she kept going in and out without bringing the water, I got her attention but received an attitude from her and the manager. The manager got on the speaker and told me to wait because she's busy. Instantly I became upset. Not only did you refuse to add the .96 water, you forget and get an attitude. We paid $50 for food a drinks. I'll never go back.

  Seems like every time I go here they get my order wrong. I just got a simple chocolate brownie blast with extra brownie and m&M's and I didn't get any brownies whatsoever it cost me $7.77 for that. I've tried a lot of times here and I'm just done with it very sad but the people are great though
