- GGGyanMar 4, 20261.0Qdoba used to be one of my favorite restaurants. However, the management team at this restaurant has ruined the experience. The food is okay, not always fresh. Usually it’s bland and stale. But the attitude and service is absolutely abysmal. The ladies who own and run the store always skimp out on serving the correct portion — ask for a double scoop and you get 2 half scoops, ask for a single scoop and you get 3/4 of a scoop. They are very rude and argumentative. One time, the lady (and her manager) argued with me, gaslit me, and yelled at me when I tried using a free chips and queso coupon after filling out the email survey — refused to give me the chips for free. Most recently, I went to the restaurant on 3/1/26 for dinner and saw some chunks of meat floating around in the black beans. When I asked the lady what was floating around in the beans, she told me that it’s just cilantro, and I can get the pinto beans instead if I don’t want the black beans. Truly, I have never seen a restaurant run by such rude and aggressive people. That’s the last time I ever eat at this Qdoba until their management changes.
