I went during a slow time so I can't testify how they perform during a rush but they were efficient and timely with my call in and i was almost there when it was put in. I ordered a soft taco, which I finished before exiting the parking lot & the spinach & mushroom quesadillas - a must try! Kind & friendly. The parking was a little confusing, I can't imagine how that would have been for me on a busy night.

We just moved back to Texas, I did a Google search to see if this restaurant was still here.
We are so happy it is here and the granddaughter is the owner, absolutely beautiful inside and out.
Hospitality was amazing she made us feel at home and the food was outstanding also.
We will be back definitely and thank you so much for everything.
A group of coworkers and I spent the day volunteering down the street at Minnie's Food Pantry, we made arrangements to meet up at Plano Tortilla Factory for lunch afterwards. Jessica greeted us at the door and from the moment we sat down, we were treated like family. There were about 13 of us and we were a pretty rowdy bunch having a good time. Our food came out quick, we never had to ask for more chips and salsa and our drinks were kept full...oh, and thank you Jessica for the special cherries you shared with us as well! This restaurant has been a staple in Plano for as long as I can remember and I'm so happy I was able to experience it with such a fun group! Will definitely be back!

My wife and I were having a 5 star experience and it quickly went downhill towards the end of our visit. Great food, the service was good, and the place was cute. So half way through our food I find a hair in my potatoes.I just take it out and don’t mention anything,I understand things happen plus I am not a Karen when it comes to things like that. A few moments later my wife finds a hair in her soup (caldo de res).
So definitely a bit gross because the hair is just marinating in the soup and she had eaten a lot of it and noticed it later. It instantly spoiled her appetite. She kindly let the server know what happened.I never mention the hair I got. Then he proceeds to change his demeanor. He went from happy to now plain and rude.He went to drop off the machine to pay and just took the rest of our plates annoyed like we ruined his day. He gave my wife a discount but honestly in his shoes I would’ve waived the whole thing.Seriously hairs in both plates. They are clearly not following state regulations with hair nets. This was the first time and the last time we go. How crazy that it was going so well.I loved my chilaquiles. But they dropped the ball hard.Never again.

This place is a hidden gem of Plano.
The family has been involved over decades while the recipes, attention to service and detail, quality, and heartfelt tenacity in providing a masterful product and experience still shows with each bite.
Whether coming for the chips and salsa “ to go” alone or to dine upon the sumptuous menu items this family involved, consistent high quality stop down is one of my all time favorites and has been for over three decades. The spirit lives on and makes me so happy to be a part of the dining experience even only solo .
A new and upgraded location was eye opening and appreciated. I was raised on this salsa back to my high school days.
