  Worst wings I have had in my entire life. With t mobile offer I stooped by to order some breaded wings but it was one of my worst life decisions ever.

  For nearly 20 minutes, the delivery said it was here, and never showed up. Then, I hear someone at my door… They don’t bother knocking, and in the less than 5 seconds it took to get from my chair to the door, the guy is gone, my food sitting on the ground.

  It's Texas and humid and hot outside. A complimentary water in a cup should be given when requested for it. If you are a paying customer.

  Horrible customer service! I ordered my food at 7:50 and the estimated arrival was between 8:15-8:30. I didn’t get it until 8:45! They used a 3rd party service and the driver was lost and didn’t speak English. I called the location and the guy I spoke with said they were very busy. Not apologetic at all! I was about to step out and try and find the driver when I saw him. When I looked at the address in his directions, it doesn’t have my unit number as I’m in an apartment complex. I checked the app and it clearly has my unit number. I called the location back and again, not apologetic and not eager to try and right the wrong. After complaining and requesting a full refund, he said I can have a $5 credit on my next order. I asked how would that work, will it be on my app since that’s how I ordered this order. He said it will be there and he eventually hung up on me during a 4 minute conversation. Never again will I order from this location. I’ll stick with Domino’s!
