  Once upon a time, this Pizza Hut was amazing. Fast and fresh almost every time. Delivery or pickup, it was quality pizza. The last time I ordered pizza, it took a while and when I got it, I realized they had ignored my selections for light sauce and had clearly given me a pizza that had been sitting a while. Half of the pizza tasted…. Off. My guess is that they spliced two pizzas together because only half was pepperoni— and the pizza seemed smaller than usual. In my head, they had an off night— okay, sucks but I can let it slide when it’s usually great. Sadly, tonight I made another order through their website. They had it delivered through a “delivery partner”. The thing is, I order through them because I want it delivered by them because it is faster and in an insulated bag. I can go on Ubereats or DoorDash and get a discount promo and pay no delivery fee. Instead, I pay a 5.99 fee at a Pizza Hut which doesn’t accept any promo codes just to have it delivered by an option that likely would have cost me less if I had placed the order through them. Sadly, again the pizza is obviously not fresh, and has an almost rubbery texture. The sauce is not light AGAIN. Not even the cinnamon sticks are appealing as they too are stale and cold— what a waste of my points. I will be looking for other options in the future. Something has clearly changed at this Pizza Hut. They stopped caring.

  The manager, an old guy did not take mi cash cause the register wasn't working properly, saying that he doesn't have change when HE GAVE CHANGE TO THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME, it's not the first time with that guy, every time I pay he gets mad because I'm not leaving tip, and it's only with me, I think he's racist because he gave a weird look all the time because I'm Hispanic, never going back to that place because that guy.
