  I liked the atmosphere this place offered. Relaxing music and comfortable seating. The food, however, was okay. The pistachio and ricotta cake was very green and tasted artificial—it didn't have an authentic pistachio flavor or even look to it. On the other hand, the pistachio and lemon gelato tasted much more genuine. If you're looking for gelato that tastes less artificial like many around the DFW area, this is still a decent spot.

  I have visited three times in the past month, and I always look forward to my visits for coffee, gelato or hot panini or croissant. The paninis (pictures: Caprese and Ocean) were made to order with fresh ingredients and paired with rich creamy tomato basil soup. The staff here is always welcoming and greeting you with Ciao which makes experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate the consistent quality and highly recommend this place.

  Where do I even start… Their Naughty Cold Brew is incredibly smooth and well-balanced, an absolute must-try. And the gelato? Honestly deserves its own review. It’s so good. You can tell they know exactly what they’re offering, and they take pride in it, as they should. Incredible flavors all around. Their chocolate is the best I’ve had But I’m a fruity girl, lemon, strawberry and coconut is perfection Glad they opened I’ll be a new regular

  Absolutely loved this spot! The avocado toast was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and the ham, egg & cheese croissant was warm, buttery, and so delicious. Their Americanos were spot on too—they followed my specific request for just the right amount of steamed half & half, which I really appreciated. We sat outside and had the sweetest experience—the staff noticed we had our two small dogs and offered pup cups (whipped cream in a cup), which was such a thoughtful touch! 🐾 They have a great variety of both sweet and savory items, plus plenty of drink options to choose from. Everything we tried was amazing, and I can’t wait to come back and try even more!

  The new hidden gem of Plano. This place is so good it makes me regret my move from Plano to Rowlett haha. I love the customer service, the food, the gelato, the entire experience is fantastic. If I may suggest to new comers, anything on a croissant will rock your socks, and Dalia’s Cappuccino IS A MUST. If youre trying to be cute on a coffee date, you can also customize the foam with different words or photos for a nice personal touch. 10 out of 10 recommend and I’ll pass 30 coffee places and gelato places on my drive just to indulge in Pappalecco!!
