  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My kids decide they wanted Papa John's, ordered delivery used the tracker and an hour later I noticed the driver was further rather than closer. I tried to text, so I called the store. Rude! I was told the could send it back out and when I asked for it to be remade, I got attitude so I asked for a refund and the rude associate stated 2-3 days. Asked for a manager and was told to call tomorrow, I then asked for the number for complaints and was rudely placed on hold without warning. We work hard for our money and have the right to spend it where we are respected. I will never order her again, not even with a free coupon!

  The pizzas are okay but the staff members are RUDE, HORRIBLE, VILE human beings especially the CHUBBY Long Hair one. Will never order from here. Management should take closer look at how the customers are treated here.

  The reviews are justified, this place should be condemned. Ordered delivery which was doordashed and arrived after an hour. Pizza was extremely poorly made (and that’s being polite) and arrived ice cold. Was told I need to pick up my refund since it was a cash order, so I made my trip to the store. The store is unkempt and looks like they haven’t cleaned a thing since they built the place. Was eventually greeted by the sole staff member who was smoking just outside the front door. He was gracious enough to bring the remainder of his cigarette in with him along with the smoke and the smell. Stated my reason for being here and requested my refund as promised only to be met with attitude and also a lesson in thermodynamics that the employee certainly was not qualified or intelligent enough to give. Stay FAR away from this place unless you absolutely hate yourself and want the worst product and service on the planet. Hope Jerry Jones doesn’t own this one, it’s somehow managed worse than his Cowboys. Shaq would have a heart attack seeing the state of this location.
