  This is the best McDonald's I've been to by a fair margin. I know some will scoff at that statement, and I get that—but I genuinely like this store and the folks who work here. A lot. My wife and I visit multiple times a week, and I appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere and super courteous staff. Today, I planned to meet with a friend after work. When I arrived, I found that the side door was locked, so I went around through the front. When I entered, I found that the dining area had been roped off, and there was a... bouncer? I was told that I could enter after I'd placed an order. What the heck kind of dystopian takeover was there at this store? I just wanted to have a seat while I wait for my friend. Good lord.

  I was trying to buy food and some rude old guy kicked me out after I explained that my card wasn’t working. Then my sister went in later and was trying to get food and he yelled at her to get out when she was only standing there for 30 seconds trying to get her phone to pay. They need to find someone else to work that position because he seemed prejudice only saying stuff to African American people.

  1:40 am. The mcdonarlds on west spring creek on plano. The cashier was completely rude. Threatened us.. and started disrespecting us... we orders 33$ worth of food. And they missed a large dr.pepper... and we went around to get it. And the lady that was working . April 6. 2026 at 1:40 am. Was completely rude amd disrespectful. She should be fired for treating costumers that way. Especially when they forgot a simple drink. And tried forcing us to pay or they were gonna call he police on us... we want a refund.

  It's a McDonald's, quite busy, pretty much always. Yet, I have never received "fresh" fries 🍟 The drive-thru is quite tight, with a hard 45° angle right before the first window. I've seen many large trucks get stuck and cars curb rash their rims on the passenger side.

  I just came tru the drive tru and was waiting for someone to tack my Oder 10 mins waiting and the fries to be cold and asked for no salt on fries very bad service ! If I can give zero stars, I would ! And had me park for another 10-15 mins not recommend coming if you what to get very bad service
