I arrived at the drive-thru around 6:22 to pick up my order, but the app froze while retrieving the number . During this time, the male crew member assisting me was noticeably rude and sounded frustrated, even audibly huffing through the speaker. I understand that technical issues can be inconvenient, but maintaining a respectful and professional attitude is important. This interaction made for an unpleasant experience, and I hope customer service standards can be improved moving forward.
It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a meal. And then they should remember your drink. Here's some advice to the owner that is apparently never here - when someone orders unsweet, they don't want that hummingbird food. Also, if your employees speak maybe one or two words of English that's a plus. But we know what Mickey D's really thinks of their customers. Also, all the flashing, burnes out lights are going to give people seizures.
Today I placed an online order for breakfast. My husband went to pick it up, but he was told that he had taken too long to arrive and that they no longer had anything left. I believe that once you pay for an order, they are obligated to fulfill it—after all, they charged me for it. They didn't offer him any other options. I order from here all the time, yet today I ended up without breakfast. The service was terrible; I just hope they refund my money.

It took a long time to get service with a lot of workers walking past us without asking if we needed help. One we got help, the food was good but it took a while to get it and the person that came in behind us, got their food first.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience needs to be said.
I went to McDonald’s to grab a quick order for my girlfriend. I was polite, patient, and didn’t give any attitude—even when I took a moment to order. When I got to the window, the employee (who said she was a manager) immediately had a negative attitude, rolled her eyes, and rushed the interaction.
When my order was incomplete, I calmly let her know I was missing two Sprites. Instead of correcting it professionally, she continued to respond with unnecessary attitude and sarcasm, repeatedly asking “anything else?” in a dismissive way. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to receive what I already paid for.
I never raised my voice or disrespected her, but the level of customer service I received—especially from someone claiming to be a manager—was unacceptable. This isn’t my first negative experience at this location, which is why I stopped coming before.
Customer service matters. A little respect and patience goes a long way.
I hope this location works on treating customers better moving forward.
