  This is the best McDonald’s in Plano. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is excellent. I came in 30 minutes before closing, and they still prepared my order fresh.

  Very poor customer service. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and went to pick it up, but the general manager said they couldn’t see it in their system. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she was rude and dismissive and told me “oh well, you can’t get your order” and that I would get my money back. The order still shows active in the app and was never canceled. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are spoken to matters. This was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. Hopefully the proper coaching is provided. As a GM she should handle herself better.

  I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and went to pick it up, but the GM said they couldn’t see it in their system. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she was extremely rude and dismissive and told me “oh well, you can’t get your order” and that I would get my money back. The order is still showing in the app and hasn’t been canceled. Very unprofessional customer service. I’ve also reached out to McDonald’s Customer Care Team and the O’Reilly Group and of course no response.

  I mean it's McDonald's, but at least this particular location has not ever given me a wrong order or subpar food. For example, if I order no ice in my drink , I get not ice or when I get my burger it's hot and the bun is not stale or hard.
