  Ordered meals for 5 with 5 drinks, they had me pull up and wait for the order, upon receiving the order I double checked the order and they forgot one of the drinks, I pulled around the drive through to let them know, and what I could only assume is the manager scanned my receipt and made the saddest looking Mocha Frappe and didn't apologize for the inconvenience and even tried to crumple up my receipt without saying a word. I paid close to 70 dollars for breakfast and the customer service was abominable, and that manager should not be in any kind of customer service role. I was polite, and did nothing to deserve that nasty attitude first thing in the morning. This will be the last time we order from this location.

  Honeslty its a cool place very convenient and fast and I've never had an issue till today honestly. Im too much of a regular at this point but when I instead of getting angry and raising a fuss come to you politely and ask for you to redrop my fries becuase they were still raw then you proceed to just throw my fries away and take a scoop out of the same vat of fries my set was from and they are still raw 🤷🏾‍♂️ im not eating it I'll just wait for a certain shift. Thank you for your attitude I saw yall were busy and wasn't rushing you.

  The manager spent more time arguing with me Of where should I place my order rather than just taking my order while I was talking to her And the very unpleasant way of talking to customers was unnecessary
