  Some of the best food I've had in a while. Cesar was so amazing and attentive. You won't regret coming here. I highly recommend the Mixed Ceviche and Arroz con Pollo.

  We recently dined at Lima Taverna, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We began with Pisco sours, which instantly brought back fond memories of our trip to Peru. Shortly after, we were served warm, delicious bread that set the tone for the meal ahead. We ordered the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. Our entrées and dessert were equally impressive, each dish skillfully prepared and generously portioned. The service truly stood out—Laidy took wonderful care of us, ensuring everything was seamless and enjoyable throughout the evening. Lima Taverna has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. If you’re considering trying it, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed.

  We had a great experience at Lima Taverna. Ceasar waited on us and made some great recommendations. The empanadas were a delicious way to start the meal and the short bread cookies (can't remember the Peruvian name) and flan, plus the Peruvian were a great finish!

  El ambiente del restaurante es muy agradable y el servicio fue excepcional de principio a fin muy atentos y amables. Empezamos con empanadas. La empanada de pollo estaba deliciosa, bien sazonada y con muy buen sabor. Sin embargo, la empanada de carne no destacó tanto en comparación. Como plato fuerte, pedí el lomo saltado, pero le faltaba sal y profundidad de sabor. El arroz chaufa con mariscos también se quedó corto no tenía ese sabor característico a soya, y en general el perfil no se sintió muy auténtico a la cocina peruana. Además, el restaurante está ubicado en una plaza prácticamente vacía, lo cual hace que la experiencia se sienta un poco aislada. Considerando que un plato de lomo saltado cuesta alrededor de $34, esperaba una calidad de carne y un nivel de sabor mucho más destacados. En general, aunque la presentación fue bonita y la experiencia agradable, a la comida le faltó ese sabor intenso y auténtico peruano. Por el precio, no sentí que hubiera una buena relación calidad-precio. Excelente servicio y ambiente, pero la comida no estuvo a la altura del precio.

  My first experience with Peruvian dining.I enjoyed Lomo Saltado, a stir fry of beef, yucca and vegetable. The waiter recommended a cocktail called Pisco Sour. The food, drinks and service are excellent!
