  We visited Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar for the first time last week in Arlington and loved it, so we decided to come back and try a different location. Unfortunately, this visit was a mistake because the food quality was very different from the Arlington location. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and my wife ordered a well done burger. My food tasted good, but unfortunately it arrived cold. My wife’s burger was undercooked, even though she asked for it well done. She tried to eat some of it because she is nice and doesn’t like to complain, but she could not keep eating it. Later that night, she became sick, and we believe it may have been from the portion of burger she ate. Even the lemonade did not taste as good as at the other location. The customer service was great, but overall the food quality was disappointing compared to our first experience.

  I’ve always enjoyed Lazy Dog Plano, but my recent visit fell short of expectations. While our server, Veronica, was very kind, there were several service lapses: an incorrect drink order, a lack of menu knowledge, and infrequent check-ins. Additionally, the kitchen took 15 minutes to put out a simple appetizer. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback in hopes that management can use it to improve training and service consistency.

  1st time visit and I was extremely impressed with the experience. Savannah was one of the best servers my family has had in a long time. She was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to make my family's visit top notch. I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and I'm telling you that you have something special with her. The food was amazing and variety was great, we will definitely be back when in town.

  Our waitress Savannah was absolutely amazing. One of the best servers my family has ever had. She was polite and knowledgeable of the menu. We were on vacation from Mississippi and we loved this place. Was decorated nicely and everything we ate was fresh and unique. The fried deviled eggs were delicious. Everyone left full. Was well worth the money. We will Def be back when in town and will ask for Savannah

  I came here honestly just to get a bowl for my furry son, his food he seem to have enjoyed but mine on the other hand was disgusting yes that’s the word i chose to use. From starters I had some deviled eggs and let’s just say the devil must’ve made them himself how burnt they were( the bacon was black). The fact that it was ok to take my money and in return give me food where the quality is so bad that you can smell the burnt, I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Last but not least the desert I got the butter cake that was so flavorless and dry it was like I was eating a cactus and that’s with the ice cream. Will I return definitely not with the service I received and would I recommend for humans probably not for you hairy sons and daughters sure.
