  This is the 3rd times they messed up my drive thru orders. I had to drive 20 mins, and got my orders messed up is pretty ANNOYING! Maybe need to replace the speaker on the drive thru, so the one who takes the order can hear clearly OR put jalapeños on top of the bread to differentiate from the one without jalapeño.

  Got the bacon egg and cheese kolache and the cinnamon twist. Best I've had, probably gained a pound though.

  This was my first visit to The kolache factory. I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, that was not to be the case. After ordering what I thought were Cherry kolaches as well as some Italian chicken, when I got them home, the Cherry turned out to be strawberry. The Italian chicken turned out to be the fajita chicken with cheese. As I live about 40 minutes away, I do not plan on returning.

  It was my very first time coming into the kolache factory, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect — but wow, what an amazing experience! The beautiful and super sweet cashier, Shania, immediately made me feel welcome. She took her time explaining everything on the menu, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me decide what to try. On top of that, she even gave me a kolache to try on the house, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture! That small act made such a big difference. She turned what could’ve felt like an overwhelming “first-time” visit into something fun, exciting, and absolutely delicious. Thanks to Shania, I’ll definitely be coming back. The kolaches were amazing, but the customer service made it unforgettable! 💛
