  Victoria words cant express how grateful we are for your service. We called 10 min before the store closed and you picked our order. This was my first time trying JJ and that's why we came back the next day an hour before the store closes. Your smile, how you really made the experience of jimmy John's now am a fan . Thank you for the great service. I appreciate you .

  Today 12/09/25 I visited this Jimmy John’s location for the second time this week. I was there on 12/08/25 as well and the service people were petty and unfriendly. I asked about the sandwich’s that were served hot and I was told to look at the menu. I ordered a Turkey, Bacon sandwich and it was made cold, so I said to the young man at the register that I specifically asked for a warm sandwich, he replied that I needed to let them know ahead of time if I wanted my sandwich heated. I said to him well I just told you that I wanted a warm sandwich. The sandwich maker girl looked at me like I was crazy, she then began to reluctantly make a new sandwich. I said never mind I will take the cold one you made. So today 12/09/25 I go back to this location for a Tuna sandwich. I walk in and the young man with glasses just stares at me. I say hello and he just stares. I say hello again and he finally says hello. I tell him my order and he proceeds to repeat the order saying the things that I didn’t want on the sandwich. I repeat my order again and he again repeats the order the wrong way. Finally the sandwich is made. While getting my sandwich in the pick up counter another customer walks in who’s a Caucasian woman and he excitingly speaks to her with a huge smile. I then say to him that he needs to treat every customer that walks in that door the same way. He responds by saying “ yes sir I will do that. I’m obviously a woman without a doubt. Not only was I disrespected by the staff, I was met with racism. Needless to say I’m never going back to this location.

  They make the best sandwiches and they are so friendly! It’s the same crew all the time so it makes my week so say hi 👋 the manager is so enthusiastic and cares so much :) Jimmy John’s on Friday for lunch is my reward at the end of the week!

  This is one of my go to sandwich place. Sometimes I barely have time to look in my phone or write a text - they finish making g the sandwich very fast.
