  I visited on 3-24-2026 Tuesday at 9 pm. First I was waiting to be seated for long time. Waiterest came and seated us. We ordered cocktail liquor drink and the whole restourant didn’t had club soda to mix with liquor and I had to go to bar with waiterest to show the drink bottle because she doesn’t understand English or Hindi. I had hard time to explain my food order. Lastly she brought us bill and I wanted to pay cash. She refuse to take cash and I didn’t had my card with me. I asked to call some who understand English but no one was there. Finely I pay exact amount $47.00 and $10.00 tip. She throw the tip on my table and left. I felt I was in Mexico City. I will never go to Plano branch. Bamboo garden.

  Yesterday I ordered dal makhani and butter naan. Unfortunately, the dal was very watery and didn’t have the usual rich texture or flavor. The naan was also undercooked. It was quite disappointing.

  We went there for dine in. We had some dietary restrictions which we mentioned way before placing the order. The food we ordered was not up to the instructions mentioned. Moreover when we told them they took the food back in and brought the exact same plate telling that it was modified. While entering the place the water fountain stinked too. Really disappointed

  This restaurant has very sad and depressing vibes. Their location in Schaumburg, IL was one of my favorites but this location was disappointing. There was a smell as soon as we entered and the atmosphere was very sad. Food was kind of ok but I don't think I would go there again.
