He even offered me a Styrofoam cup to put my ice in so it wouldn't melt as fast—such a thoughtful touch. He was very friendly and did a great job suggesting add-ons without making me feel pressured. Great service and great tea! Even without a name, I hope he gets the credit he deserves for being so kind!

I wasted my entire drink after only a couple of sips due to the lid coming off as I picked up the container. It slipped out of my hand because I grabbed it from the top out of my cup holder and it spilled all over my carpet. This is obviously an ongoing issue with that particular cup. Please fix it!
- VGV GDMar 22, 20265.0Update: heads up when ordering a gallon. We ordered online and son picked up at 5pm. Just noticed it said “chug by 3/31”. Wow. We have 5 hours before it is rancid? Please don’t sell full price Gsllons thst expire in 6 hours. Love this! At first, I couldn’t believe an ice tea place could survive. Boy was I wrong! I love this place, clean products thst taste amazing. No energy/health gimmicks. No day glo chemical “loaded teas”. Clean and refreshing authentic products! Cowboy is my favorite! Don’t forget the happy hour! Our family hits it 4 times a week!
