This is a beautiful and spacious restaurant. Food is delicious. We had the Carne asada and Tacos al Carbon, we opted to have the dinner portions instead of the lunch portions, but prices are very reasonable. Carne asada was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The Tacos al Carbon were delicious, as well. For dessert we had Honey Banana and the Cuatro Leches Cake. Both were delicious but the Cuatro Leches cake is the best I've had. Our server, Luis, was friendly and very attentive, making sure we always had water. All in all, this was a great lunch experience.

Gloria’s in Plano is such a great spot—beautiful space, great energy, and consistently delicious food. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels elevated but still relaxed, making it perfect for anything from a casual dinner to meeting clients or friends.
We started with chips, salsa, and black bean dip (all so good), and everything that followed did not disappoint. The enchiladas with the different sauces were full of flavor, and the shrimp dish was cooked perfectly with a great mix of seasoning and fresh vegetables. And the churros… absolutely a must. Crispy, warm, and paired with ice cream—so good!
The drinks were just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Our server, Lucas, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.
Service was spot on, and the whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to—and recommending to clients and friends!

I had the most pleasant sweet and attentive server. Jessica honey keep your sweet energy I hope your manager and Gloria’s knows what a valuable asset you are to the team. You are the example of hospitality service. My food was hot, delicious and quick. To the Regional manager and restaurant manager please know you have a valuable employee that truly exceeds expectations of service. I am a regular here and always receive great service but she by far stands out the most. Thank you Gloria’s for hiring passionate servers. Jessica truly leads by example. Jessica you rock and even during those hard days in the service industry keep that light shining. I hope your leadership takes time to acknowledge your service you provided today. I know I did.

After many years of being a regular at their Frisco location, my girlfriend and I went to their newly built Plano location and sat at the bar as we typically do; we were greeted by a female bartender who brought us water and said she would be right back but she disappeared; mind you this is at 5:15pm, not busy! We ordered drinks from another bartender who we had to flag down, then we both recognized the bartender who we regularly served us at Frisco but he was working the other end of the bar; it was like we had leprosy and no one really wanted to wait on us. The female bartender was serving the guests next to us but it was obvious she had no interest in serving us; it seemed like we were sitting in a void; after ordering our food and finished our drinks, we sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge if we were wanting anything else or our check; the food came out hot and was good as usual but we left bewildered and disappointed on the service or lack there of, so we won’t be returning.
