This was supposed to be my dinner, and now I have nothing to eat and wasted $15. I usually expect better from Wingstop, but the quality this time was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again if this is how food is being served.

This time around, they gave me 10 wings when I ordered 15. I’ll never order from this location again unfortunately, too much risk involved of your order being completely messed up.

A different customer beside me concurred with me too because she received this same bad misbehaving attitude from the same cashier on previous occasions . The store manager did not even apologize or offer a refund, simply kept quiet. I have a picture of the TV screen with my order and the insult of being called as “order for STINK”. My 8 year old kid was asking why we were being called like that. Never in my life have I had this experience. I was totally courteous all the time while placing the order. Very strange behavior by a customer facing worker in today’s world where feedback can be given & received almost instantly .
