I had an extremely bad experience at this location over 2 weeks ago. I left a complaint on their website and no one from corporate has yet to reach out to me. This leads me to believe that corporate does not care about their customer service or your experience and the only required experience to work here is a pulse. Avoid this location at all costs.

This location really needs a larger opening between the front counter and the kitchen so the employees can see when someone is standing at the counter waiting to order. Every single time I've been here it's taken them a few minutes just to notice I'm standing there. Or at least put a bell up there.

Our flight arrived late and the rental car line was a mile long. By the time we finally headed toward our hotel, it was 2 a.m.—we were exhausted and starving. As we got closer, a glowing sign appeared like a beacon: Whataburger — Open 24 Hours. We don’t have Whataburger in South Florida, so we weren’t familiar with it, but at that hour we were willing to eat just about anything. We pulled into the drive-thru and were greeted by a friendly, clear, and genuinely welcoming voice—at 2:30 a.m. no less. Toto, we’re definitely not in South Florida anymore. We grabbed our food, checked into the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was hot and fresh—and that spicy ketchup? Absolute game changer. The next day, while my husband was at a conference, hunger struck again. I walked over to the Whataburger across the street and ordered inside. One woman was running the show—taking orders, handing out to-go bags, cleaning, and restocking drinks—all with a polite and upbeat attitude. I dined in and somehow the food was even better than the night before: a spicy chicken sandwich, fries (again with that spicy ketchup), and a strawberry shake. Easily better quality than most fast-food places I’ve tried. Highly recommend.
