Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Went through the drive thru at breakfast time
Ordered a number one and a jalapeño cheddar biscuit
The girl told me the total and it was too cheap so I asked her if she was sure she got both sandwiches
At that point Brenda the manager interrupted and said yes everything was correct and sounded irritated that I was making sure I was paying or they had charged me correctly. I drive up to the window and the first girl tries to give me one sandwich only
I told her that I had ordered two and Brenda came to the window and told me "No" you ordered one only.
I told her that was incorrect and they adjusted price and the first girl said she would make my sandwich herself.
It went from around 7.50 ish to over ten dollars.
I get home and they gave me just a biscuit. No sausage egg or cheese
I called back to the whataburger and talked to Brenda who was so nonchalant about the whole situation.
The customer service here needs to be worked on. I was in no way trying to be rude and even thanked the first girl profusely for offering to make my sandwich herself.
They offered to remake my order for tomorrow but I do not trust to eat anything now from here with a spiteful employee making it. I work as a caregiver for hospice and this was my patients breakfast so this is such an inconvenience.
Please treat your guests with more patience
If she would of just tried to listen instead of rushing me along then maybe the order would of been right.

This is the most professional Whataburger I've ever been to. The cashier (Yara A. You need a raise!), the cooks (awesome!), and even the manager (thank you for your kindness!)! The burger was perfectly made. I normally get a #2 with 2 cheese on each patty and 4 bacon on the side. Most other Whataburgers will just throw this together and call it good. But not this location! They actually took time in preparing the food! And it was absolutely perfect! Flavor was on point, bacon was crispy, burger wasn't soggy, just perfect. Thank you to the staff up there! Yall are awesome! Side note: it was busy too, but yet everyone took the time to make sure a customer (me) was taken care of. 😁
