The meat and the bun was cold on my bacon double meal. I would point out that I got there 20 minutes till close. I have had better experiences at this Wendy's so just don't go there late

My order was not read back to me, just “2nd window”. There was only one window FYI, and when I pulled up, my experience was the same - brief, unwelcoming and rude. I am big on service as there are many many choices of places to eat in Plano. This Wendy’s is off my list.

Asked for my order, and he didn’t want to acknowledge me until his manager with the lip piercing came from restroom. Slowly slid his feet across the kitchen to pack my items then shoved my food to end of the counter and walked away. I never met this man before, so I have no idea why I was treated this way. But I hope he gets blessed soon. He definitely needs it!
