  I’ve been going to Verona’s for 17 years. I was 15 the first time I walked through the door, and the food has been A1 since day one.   Today was a very pleasant experience. We were able to sit outside, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered the penne La Vaca with chicken, and my husband ordered the Parmesan sandwich. Both dishes were very good, along with the Caesar salad. Our waiter was very friendly, and the food was served within a reasonable amount of time. The only downside was that the penne with vodka normally comes with a garden salad. I asked to substitute it with a Caesar salad, but I was charged the full price for the Caesar salad. It would have been nice if the substitution had not been charged as the garden salad and Caesar are just salads!
