I don’t know about most people but we found this highly disturbing and left out without ordering! This happened around 8:15 am. I will not be back to this location!

She ignored me for 15 minutes while I was physically freezing up. They also took my money for food they never gave me. They are hiding their store number on receipts to avoid corporate reports. Absolute disregard for human life. Other reviews are accurate. Store GA103 is terrible.

I order the açaí bowls often, and the most recent times they have come pretty frozen, usually not too bad. However today my bowl was extremely frozen, almost freezer burned I think. Waiting for it to de thaw isn’t doing much and is making a puddle for what is being de thawed. I’m upset because these are my favorite treats but I lately it’s just been getting harder to eat with how frozen they are. I hope that the staff can figure out a way for the bowls to be normal again. I know they come pre frozen but this one is ridiculous. I hope they can fix the problem so I can keep ordering my delicious bowls. I will give props to the staff, this location seems to have the happiest employees compared to the rest. Thank you

He handles the stress well and still makes everything perfectly, but this results in really long wait times to get your order. Please hire/schedule someone to help this guy out.
