Christian a member of their management team, listened with obvious concern and sincerely apologized. To my surprise he also immediately began offering solutions. The current trend for retail is the obligatory I’m sorry for your problem, but not much more. In the list Christian offered a refund for the item, but when I explained that I had needed the item and wouldn’t be able to come in to replace it, he offered to have it brought to me. Within a couple of hours he personally delivered the replacement. There was some confusion about what ounce box it was, so the next day he sent Stephanie, the manager of delivery. She brought two of the correct size boxes for my trouble, along with a polite note of apology. Finally customer service that was actually about the customer. I’m a huge fan of this store.
