  This is, hands down, the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Not only did I try the chicken, which was very dry, barely warm and seemed day-old, but I was stupid enough to go back and try a couple of crispy beef tacos. What the heck was I thinking?! The meat was cold. Cold. The drive thru girl could obviously care less what she was doing or where she was as she didn't give me or offer me napkins or hot sauce and fairly slung the food out the window. The food and service I received both inside/outside and the food on both sides of the house, so to speak, we're beyond subpar and I am so sorry I wasted time, money, and effort to go to this location because it was close. Avoid this ridiculously bad fast food "restaurant" at all costs!!

  I usually love Taco Bell, but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. The customer service was unbelievable. Me and six other cars paid for our food and were told to pull around to the front. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside only to find five employees standing in the back in a group just talking — no one appeared to be working. I asked how much longer since we had already been waiting, and there was no urgency or concern from anyone. I never received a receipt, and I didn’t even bother asking for a refund because it felt like that would take another 15 minutes. After going back outside and waiting another 5 minutes, I eventually left without my food or my money. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be contacting corporate about this experience.

  I won’t be going back. My order has been wrong and super disappointing more times than it’s been right. It’s literally just bean burritos. Tonight around 8:45 pm, I went inside to the lobby and made a Taco Bell and KFC order, then after my order, they started telling people they weren’t taking anymore Taco Bell orders, only KFC. After a while, they said they made the burritos wrong and were remaking them, which made the other people not getting Taco Bell orders frustrated. 30 mins later, I finally got the order. Came home to eat and it was still wrong. Complete waste of time and money.

  Very very horrible team. They took 45 minutes to make fried chicken for a sandwich, that too inside the store, not drive through. They seemed to form some type of community inside them that asking questions even felt dangerous. They could not even speak proper English when I went to ask at around the 20 min mark. They said it’ll take 3 minutes to cool filet, I said okay so 3 min we are good?. Then she says no. I say “ what?” She says “ in 3 minutes filet is done. I had to wait for 25 more minutes.

  I had a coupon for TWO free tacos, but when I arrived at the Taco Bell, I was treated with disrespect. I asked the them for two tacos and they only gave me one, and after I asked for another, she said it wasn’t possible. I then asked for my coupon back so I could redeem my other taco at a different location but she already threw it away and started giving me attitude. Worst fast food experience I ever had and the taco wasn’t even filled properly. I threw it away out of disgust.
