When we arrived at the order speaker we were met with "Hold on, we have a lot of orders". I should have left after 5 min but we were hungry, and they finally came to take the order after about 8 min. When we pulled up and paid the server confirmed our order, and then it took us another 15 min or so to get 3 Cantina Chicken Burritos from the drive through. I would have left but we already paid. Then they were out of printer paper, so no receipt and when we got home all all three burritos were STEAK instead of the CHICKEN we ordered! If the owner reads this, you need to know that you have some absolutely colossal issues at this location; there were like 10 patrons inside when we got a look while leaving. I am not ever going back here.

Several cars in behind me left and one in front of me left without ordering. Absolutely unacceptable if anything NO SERVICE AT ALL.

I like the Chicago, my wife likes the Detroit. Okay, both are great. If you think their large 14" does not sound very big. We jave found it feeds a normal size family of 4 or 3 larger individuals. The cheese bread... tasty. They have reward salads and pastas. My wife and I recently purchased a Chicago double pepperoni (so good), a lasagna, and a large cheese bread four days ago. We are just finishing it probably tomorrow. Still tastes so good. A little pricey, though for what you get, it is a pretty reasonable deal. Give them a try, I think you will like.
