All I wanted was a refund and apology, but instead she made her employees deal with an upset customer whom she repeatedly antagonized instead of de-escalating. Shout out to Manager in Training Alex (I think). He tried to help but had to run back to the window or a station rather quickly. I'll update/delete once corporate offers a resolution. Joke of the day: What kind of employees don't know their own store number? Poorly trained ones.

I explained they didn't show up when I put my code in, and he tells me I HAVE to order at the kiosk and he would not ring us up. I didn't even give a reason for him to say this. I got upset, and he immediately had an attitude and went to another worker in front of me to say "I offered her help, she refused and now she's leaving". No, I wanted food. You were a stuck up, rude, individual.

All of the lights outside shut off as soon as I spoke into the microphone to order. I know there was someone inside because I saw them as I pulled in, and there was a car parked outside. Unprofessional, and I’m disappointed in this behavior.
