  Great food but kind of feels like sitting at an office. The cashier was nice but didn't speak much english.

  They make good sandwiches, nice location with very efficient and friendly staff. All their staff members and the manager are very nice, good customer service. I usually place the order online via the app and they have it ready for pick up in few mins and is always fresh. Their Tuna sandwich is very good.

  Mensaje crítico: Hoy tuve una experiencia bastante desagradable en un Subway. Me negaron el uso del baño solo porque no entré directamente a ordenar comida, aun cuando un familiar mío sí estaba dentro haciendo el pedido. Alegaron que el baño estaba “dañado”, pero curiosamente no había ningún cartel ni aviso que indicara eso. Si un baño realmente está fuera de servicio, lo correcto es colocar un letrero que lo indique, no inventar excusas para negarle el acceso a las personas. Este tipo de comportamiento no solo demuestra falta de profesionalismo, sino también una actitud discriminatoria y hasta racista hacia los clientes. No cuesta nada tratar a la gente con respeto y empatía. Si no quieren prestar los baños por flojera de limpiarlos o simplemente porque no les da la gana entregar la llave, eso dice mucho del tipo de atención que están brindando.

  I selected “more cucumber” on the app for a delivery order. I also wrote ,”a lot of cucumber” in the instructions, and I received very little. This location obviously doesn’t read and follow instructions!!! This location is garbage!

  This Subway location really surprised me in the best way. It’s a bit tucked away — you might not spot it right away if you’re not specifically looking for it — but once you find it, it’s totally worth the stop. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. It wasn’t overly busy when I went, which made for a really relaxed experience. I was greeted right away, and the staff — especially the sandwich artist who helped me — was incredibly friendly and polite. They took their time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and you could tell they actually cared about getting the order right rather than just rushing through it.
