My family ordered some popcorn to go near the end of the movie. My wife then proceeded to order then he rudely and hatefully told my wife the sizes are right there. She then proceeded pay. After she paid she ask him if he could put some butter on the popcorn. He then blew up & got a major attitude and become very rude while putting the butter on the popcorn slamming stuff. I can't believe Cinemark actually has someone this crazy managing. The movie great but the service horrible.
