  We are frequent customers of Cinemark West Plano. Today, February 26th, between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., my family and I stopped by and bought food at "Reserve," where we are also frequent customers. We spent around $70.00, and although we ordered takeout, we stayed on the premises. My son asked for a glass of water, and a Hispanic employee refused to give it to him. We are deeply saddened by this young woman's rude attitude. We ask that you please speak with her so that this experience is not repeated with anyone else.   Every time I watch a movie, I order food from here and it's always really good. Never had a bad experience. Great service too. 👏

  This place is a nice theater unfortunately there is a bad apple in this bunch. I took my family to see Dr. Strange Saturday night @ 8:45 PM May 7th. My family ordered some popcorn to go near the end of the movie. My wife then proceeded to order then he rudely and hatefully told my wife the sizes are right there. She then proceeded pay. After she paid she ask him if he could put some butter on the popcorn. He then blew up & got a major attitude and become very rude while putting the butter on the popcorn slamming stuff. I can't believe Cinemark actually has someone this crazy managing. The movie great but the service horrible.
