  The new Caprese Focaccia is something to give a try if you like arugula. Good food quality for the price.

  Damien was amazinggggg! He was very kind, polite, intuitive, and respectful. He greeted me with a smile, and he listened to my problem and he went above and beyond to make me feel better about my order being messed up. I’m glad my order was messed up, because I got to meet him. He truly made my night, and he was such a gentleman. People like him are the reason I keep going. He reminds me of myself. It was easy to tell he’s a water sign 🥰. Anyways Panera you are blessed to have someone as great as him represent you! Oh and a shout out to Sheresa for also allowing my problem to be remedied immediately. She’s the reason I went back up there. They both deserve a raise 💞🥂💯

  Very disappointing haven’t had this in a while. And what I ordered is not what I ordered. Probably won’t be coming back.

  After placing an order at the self serve POS for squash soup with no pumpkin seeds plus other items, moved to get our cups. Four employees came up from the back to assist one person at the counter ahead of us. They realized he was there for a pickup order, they all went back into the kitchen. They completely ignored me and my husband though they all saw us. Finally one came back a few minutes later to give us our cups. When the order came, the soup still came with pumpkin seeds. Worst experience here.
