Four employees came up from the back to assist one person at the counter ahead of us. They realized he was there for a pickup order, they all went back into the kitchen. They completely ignored me and my husband though they all saw us. Finally one came back a few minutes later to give us our cups. When the order came, the soup still came with pumpkin seeds. Worst experience here.
