  As a gluten-free foodie connoisseur in the Dallas area, I don’t say this lightly, this Mexican restaurant truly impressed me. This FAMILY-owned Dallas gem has been around for 7 years, and you can feel the pride and intention behind everything they serve. They use no seed oils, which is incredibly rare in the restaurant world. While it’s not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so much is made in-house and they have a dedicated fryer for their tortilla chips, which is huge for anyone eating gluten-free in DFW. Gluten-free items aren’t marked on the menu, but many dishes are naturally gluten-free or can easily be adapted. The staff was knowledgeable and transparent when walking through safe options. The house-made corn tortillas and tortilla chips are exceptional. You can taste the difference immediately. We ordered the chilaquiles and were blown away. They also offer daily specials and an excellent Bodega Brunch that’s worth planning around. If you’re looking for quality ingredients, gluten-free friendly options, and a seed oil free Mexican restaurant in Dallas, this spot deserves your attention. A true hidden gem in the DFW gluten-free community.

  Everything here is so good! Trust me, order the guacamole, best I've ever has! Spicy margarita is on point, and the food is gourmet to the extreme! Atmosphere is upbeat and modern and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. But the food... OMG - SOOOOO GOOOOD!

  I had an amazing experience at Mexican Bar Company thanks to Veronica. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. She consistently checked on our table and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and great energy truly made the experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. I would definitely come back and ask for Veronica again. 10/10 service!

  My review is for the server Veronica. I came in today 2-13-2026. I first sat at the bar but the bartender Alex was very very rude . So I had to move from the bar .But first I order an Ultra in a bottle his response to me was I didn’t order it right . Alex was even rude to the two ladies that came in after me because they even moved to a table . So Veronica took over and took very very good care of me she is a very excellent and fun server . Please give her raise Veronica is very special good friend and she deserves a raise .But other then that I had a nice lunch and even told the two ladies what is good on the menu. They came up to me and asked me .
