  Every time i order a big order for breakfast, I am always missing a critical item. Paid for three combos and no hash browns were in the bag.

  To anyone reading this. I have to say this has been the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. Yes I understand it’s McDonald’s but don’t sit there and tell me that when yourself or family and friends, loved ones have been hungry who was there for you. No matter the time day or night. All by the Grace of God. McDonald’s. For decades this one has been here and by far Mr. Roman and Mr. Robert are extraordinary. They have phenomenal customer service and I have personally seen them go above and beyond for customers just like myself. Their aurora speaks volumes. For my order I get a large fry and unsweetened tea typically and take my lunch break at times here. Something simple to keep me going throughout the day. Great atmosphere and absolutely great energy with this team here. I highly recommend this McDonald’s location. To all of the negative reviews for this location y’all need to fix yourselves because I have lived in Plano since this location has opened and with Roman and Robert this place is outstanding.

  I normally go through drive through but today I opted to go in. I'm doing lots of negative reviews but I'm not sure where they are coming from. Every order I've done has been accurate, handled respectfully and swiftly. Now my accent is from up North so I've been under the impression it does seem to help keep things clear as most automated systems are programmed to sound like north Midwestern, so it's a more familiar accent. Now, I have to say being in store versus drive through can be a very different experience for some and this has been one exceptional one. The manager is on point helping his team, loading ice for the soda, and super friendly. Greeting regulars by first name, switching between Spanish and English fluently depending on the customer's chosen language. I think thats something I love most about being in Texas. The language fluidity feels so much more like Europe. Super clean, very friendly, cohesive staff. The only guess I have for not experiencing the difficulties others have is I come for breakfast only. I wish every shop was like this one in the morning. (Photos taken with intention to NOT show the customers in store)

  I would give this location zero stars if I could. I came for the limited edition grinch meal as their app said that they had it. When I went through the drive-through, the lady said that they had it and took my money. When I got up to the window, they did not have it. I asked where the Grinch salt was and she said they were out. I asked why the app said they had it and she offered me ranch instead. How is ranch the same thing as grinch salt? I am extremely disappointed.

  I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES to have someone answer the ordering window at 4:36 AM on 12/14 while the staff STOOD AROUND INSIDE THE KITCHEN DOING NOTHING. We drove around to the window where you pick up your order to try to get someone’s attention because we had already placed an online order and paid ( even had a code ). We could see all of the employees inside literally standing there. We called 5x no response. Our literal last resort was to honk the horn multiple times before someone finally came to the window, asked for our code then proceeded to say they weren’t taking orders. In what world are you 1) going to ask what our code is then say you’re not taking orders and 2) have your online order system operating WHEN YOURE NOT TAKING ORDERS. this is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that management gets involved on the crew who was scheduled and there within this time frame. This could’ve easily been prevented with basic communication from the staff if they couldn’t complete our order but to make us wait 15 minutes to the point we had to honk our horn is absurd and beyond lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone even if I was being paid to.
