Then I tried to cancel the order and I was not able because I don't have the option. I could hear the lady through the phone when my co-worker was trying to collect my order and she was very rude and dismissive. I ended up going up there. I walked to the counter and said I'm here to pick up a mobile order she says my first name and hands me my bag without asking for proof of anything. I asked what the difference was in my coworker asking for my order and me having to drive up here to get my order. They didn't ask me to verify anything. Then I realized neither person I was talking to understood English and had no clue what I was saying.
