A few minutes ago, I wanted to have one cup of senior coffee. A young girl very cold said, "we don't have any coffee". Very not friendly!!!

Worst location i’ve ever been to!! The drive through employee was extremely rude. When we got to the drive through speaker we asked for a minute since our app was loading and after only a minute she said “are you gonna order or not?” in the rudest tone. We decided to drive off and go to our regular location (also in Plano). Do yourself a favor and go to the 6001 W parker Blvd location!! they are the absolute best, always so sweet and professional! Anyways, don’t bother visiting this location, these people clearly have no proper training and they hire literally just anyone.

Arrived at 9:27 and the place was closed (Supposed to close at 10:00pm) Team was doing nothing and doors were closed.

The worst experience with this human being—he shouldn't even be called that. We had a reservation for 5 PM, and the man told us we could arrive an hour early to decorate. It was 5:10 PM, and the previous party was still going on, so we couldn't decorate. This man spoke to us rudely, saying it wasn't his problem if those people were still there, that we should just deal with it or he would give us our money back. My husband didn't like how he spoke to us, so he went over to him and confronted him, asking why he was yelling at women for no reason, since it was his fault due to poor organization. What he did was call the police, claiming we were causing trouble and that they should kick us out. He thought we would leave out of fear, but he was wrong. Then a girl who was in charge of the afternoon/evening shift arrived and kindly spoke to the police, saying she would handle everything and that everything was fine. They should fire that racist man—he's so rude and ill-mannered towards women—and give his job to that incredible girl, as she is wonderful with customers and finds solutions very quickly.
