    They gave me a cold Mcchicken I asked for extra extra picks like atleast 6 they only put two.. i went back and asked for a fresh mcchicken wish I shouldn’t have to! The food should be fresh! They didn’t apologize or anything for the rock hard mcchicken just told me to pull up I waited over 15mins which I know it doesn’t take that long to make it probably 7mins max.. i went inside because the now my other food is getting cold . I asked RAY could he make me fresh Fries and RAY WANTED Me TO BrIng the Fries in so he could see them remind u ive been waiting over 15mins !!! Then i told him again i want fresh fries ! He literally stood at the counter trying to argue! He is lucky i had my child with me . McDonalds yall need to look into how your workers works and teach them about customer service. Wasnt greeted when I walked In. Son wasn’t greeted. Nobody at the front counter… i tried to get the attention of employees and wave them down they jist acted as if they didn’t see nor hear me. Yall suck at this location really whatever shift is at 3:30pm . And still messed up my order.

    Messed up my order. Ordered 2 meals and 1 McGriddle. Did not get hash browns. Asked at window and she told me the order was correct and would not give me hash browns. Yall suck
