    This team is horrible!!!!!! Standing at the front counter patiently waiting while everyone avoid eye contact to act like they so busy. This monthly meeting need to focus on customers at the counter. It’s really bad when you’re watching all the employees but no one is watching you. The nicest employee is the older gentleman who keeps the lobby clean. The rest of the staff probably don’t like working here because they surely don’t care about customers at the counter

    I work nearby so I am here at least twice a week for lunch or breakfast. The employees who work here are always so nice and the customer service is great. I’m sure they recognize me at this point LOL! I always get my food pretty fast even during the huge lunch crowd. This is my favorite McDonald’s location 😊

    I ordered a big Mac and a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I’m now gonna rename the Big Mac the Bread Mack, what a joke, McDonald’s is charging double for a bread burger, It’s truly come down to “where’s the beef“. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was lukewarm and the bread was borderline stale. I’m disgusted with their pricing versus what they’re Currently serving.

    Waited forever for my pickup order when i had Made it in enough time for them to prepare the order.

    Waited for over 15 minutes to get my order, had to call to ask if they forgot I was asked to wait, with no apologies, I was asked to show my receipt. Still here after 24 minutes and not received my order yet. I had to go in to make a complaint to the manager, and all the lady who had earlier asked for my receipt was, "Do you want your money back". My children were shocked at the poor service! I felt so disappointed! Hopefully you all learn to treat your customers better and apologize when things don't work smoothly....
