  Es la tercera vez que vengo con mi nieto y entra un hombre al parque de niños y se pone a hacer y que ejercicios ahí adentro. Es el mismo hombre. La primera vez la manager vino y le dijo que el no podía subir ahí y se fue. La segunda vez yo me fui . Y la tercera hoy 3 de enero 2:50pm otra vez vino, fui y le dije a la manager y como a los 15 minutos vino alguien a decir que la manager estaba muy ocupada. Ósea, ya a estas alturas debería avisar a la policía o están esperando que pase algo grave a algún niño para hacerlo? La cara de ese hombre deberían prohibirla en la entrada de McDonald’s , anexo un pequeño video, pero el hombre ya estaba fuera de McDonald’s. Siempre se queda un rato alrededor y vuelve a entrar.

  This has got to be the absolute worst McDonald's Ive been to. I ordered 2 different sandwiches one made how it comes and one made with only pickles and ketchup. They got the order backwards so I went back around, no one taking our order seems to speak English and had trouble understanding what I was saying. Then when I thought they understood and I got my food it was 2 completely different sandwiches not even made the way those sandwiches are supposed to be made but they took my reciept and refused to make the sandwichs I paid for. So disrespectful. Do not come to this McDonald's do yourself a favor.

  Sorry but I can't even tell you how upset I am I wasted my lunch coming back to fix my order. They placed a regular hot and spicy chicken patty in my spicy McCrispy sandwich, big price difference and I pay extra for extra sauce on it too. So I come back through the drive thru and ask for a manager and whoever she is no name given and no name tag, she basically starts talking to me in spanish...im like so we dont speak English? ...and she proceeds to speak to me in Spanish. Asks me to go to the window to talk to her...Im in a drive thru im not about to wait in line longer to talk to her. So I drive around park and hand her my open sandwich and tell her that the patty is wrong. She doesn't look at me doesnt say anything and just hands it to her cook, they "remake" and just hand it off...no remorse no apology and not a word. Yall need to get yalls management together because I've come here before and had one guy in the back calling people the "N" word very loudly and acting like there aren't customers around...all while the manager did nothing that day neither.
