I don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant staff, they’re over staffed but still you have to wait a long time for even a small order, it seems they only care about those customers who dine in , you can feel the discrimination, terrible management , definitely not coming back …

The mccafe machine works after midnight in a 24/7 store while other stores take it apart to clean it around 9 and stop serving mccafe's 4 hours before closing at 1am

There are no cashiers, they direct everyone to order at kiosks. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, I arrived and checked in in the app, and 15 minutes later still didn’t have food. I went inside to talk to a cashier, and had to wait to talk to a cook since they do not have cashiers. They told me I had never checked in in the app, which I did.

Placed an order on the app 30 minutes before breakfast was to be served. I pull up to drive thru and immediately an told that it will be 15 minutes before they could help me since they were changing over for breakfast. I was trying to tell her I ordered through the app. She never came back.
I pulled up to window and she then says she never received the order, and to cancel it. I advised her that it has already went through and won't allow me to cancel. She then starts she didn't receive. The 2nd lady them tells me to get a refund I must contact the app? The app specifically states to contact the store. I pull back around then I am told that the system is down and I will be refunded. This whole process took an whole hour or more. Several customers pulled off during this time.
At this time I still haven't received a refund. Funny how they can take your money but not give it back.
Lesson learned. NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!
Glad my cousin is an attorney. Will be taking legal action. This was totally unprofessional.
