tried the drive thru at 2:30 am was turned away
told that they were only accepting uber eats and door dash orders
seems a bit odd that they wouldn’t just serve everyone
read reviews that this is a common issue with their night staff, always turning people away. seems like the owner should just fire the night staff if they don’t want to do their job

This McDonald’s has the slowest drive-thru. I almost always have to wait 3-5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I am at the speaker. I’ve even had to drive up to the window after waiting for so long, because nobody responds. Last night was no exception. After waiting for several minutes for someone to acknowledge me, it took an additional 13 minutes (from 8:22 to 8:35) to get from the speaker to get to the window to get my food. I wish I could say this was an exception, because they were busy, but it happens even when there is hardly anyone in line (or inside). I have given this location too many opportunities to waste my time. From now on, I will drive an extra few minutes to go to a different mcd’s.

That place was getting slammed but the crew were staying chill even when dealing with unnecessarily angry customers. And the food was great! I made a mobile order and they had it ready within a few minutes.

Eventually, you’ll get your food. Sometimes even without waiting at the Reserved spot. I did see people going straight through. Maybe it’s harder to make the burger without onions.
