When I went back to request the items missing the attendant basically told me it was my fault for ordering through the app at 1021 because breakfast ends at 1030. Sounds like this is an internal operational issue not the guests fault. Second she started raising her voice at me for telling her I didnt need to know all that and I just wanted the missing food. The manager came to the window to also blame me for ordering late, was rude, poor communication and poor custoner service skills that did nothing to properly deescalate. He also proceeded to scratch my car to get my attention since my window was rolled up. Pulled me forward despite not having cars behind me waiting. The purpose of 2 lanes and moving cards forward is to speed up the service times, not so that the GM can make their bonus on fake speedy times. Took another 5 minutes to bring my missing food, no apology, no empathy, sheer anger in his face! Im writing this because this isn't the first time this location has taken long, missing items. But its the closest McDonald's to my house and didnt want to drive the extra 2 miles. I could not believe the level of incompetence from the attendant, and more so the "manager".
