- LWLisa White3 days ago1.0Hello, this situation needs to be address. This location is near my job to get a quick takeout. So the management team here is not what it is, I mean never friendly than always have a attitude. Now remind you I come through drive thru always. I'm in management so I always speak, ask for ketchup or extra napkins....Always ATTITUDE YES FROM management working the 2nd window. First I was ignored when I ask for ketchup & she act like she didn't hear or see me still at the window. I've over looked this poor service here a coupler times. But here today has to be addressed. Also the food never fresh or hot. Lukewarm or hard/old. I had to ask one day to the female manager short Hispanic or Indiana was she ok, b/c how she handed me my bag of food & drink. I also stated to her as a manager her attitude isn't acceptable & not professional also told her if she didn't feel like being at wk. She should've kept that attitude at home. After today I won't be spending my money there again to get mistreated or rude service. Also will let my cowkers,family & friends know to bypass this McDonald's & go a little further for better customer service & fresh food. I wish I could've rated a 0 . Corporate office really need to have a customer service class & freshness of food course class here for real !!!!!!!!

I received 3 sausage burritos and my sausage McGriddle. Also why am I asked to pull away from the drive through window if my food doesn’t even come out right ?
