Manager allow discussion between employers!
I heard a guy, or a transsexual guy have a heat discussion with a lady, in the kitchen service! That's really bad for the atmosphere, to others employees also for customers! A manager can lost the position for allowing this bad behavior! Next time I'll informed to main office.
