The cashiers and baggers are super sweet, especially Sue and Walter. I get sushi every week from Will, Ariel, and Amanda. I think of them all as my friends. They make the best pre-prepared meals, ready to throw in the oven, on their market street aisle. Great selection, overall, in products. They always have the cutest seasonal decorations for sale, along with great flower shop selections. Their bakery is fantastic. I hope their corporate does something to help advertise and boost this store because if I have one complaint - it is that they seem to have staffing attrition due to competition with nearby HEB, so sometimes you get newbies making your sandwiches or whatever, and that's annoying, but that's not to bad. I recommend higher pay for the workers to solve that problem and maybe some better promotional advertising. I get loads of coupons and magazines from HEB and competitors, but not for Market Street, and that does create an image issue with locals. Market Street remains almost as a hidden gem.
